Digital X-ray

Digital X-rays provide dentists with an up close look at your teeth and thanks to technology, it uses less radiation and is much more comfortable compared to traditional dental x-rays that are not digital. The old days would require bitewings to be placed into the mouth of the patient while a few pictures would be taken from different angles. The digital X-ray uses a censor that is directly connected to a computer which also saves you time since the images are available almost immediately.
